From growing demand to the need for a structured ERP backbone
DDSCustom, also known as Digital Designed Solutions, manufactures Murerase custom-printed whiteboards and related dry-erase products for hospitals, schools, government offices and workplaces across the United States.
Before the Odoo ERP project, DDSCustom managed production, orders and inventory with separate tools and manual processes. Information about customers, products and stock often sat in different places, which made it harder to track each custom whiteboard order from design through manufacturing to delivery.
The stakes for DDSCustom were to support growing demand for Murerase solutions, keep control over custom orders and components, and give the team clearer visibility into day-to-day operations so they could continue delivering reliable whiteboard solutions to their customers.
