Captivea began the project with a comprehensive analysis of AV Tech’s existing Odoo environment, combining business discovery and themed workshops grouped by people and domains. This exercise produced structured deliverable documents, which were presented, refined based on feedback, and used to define the deployment of Odoo ERP with the Accounting, Expenses, Inventory, Purchase, Employees, Sales and Dashboard applications, enabling time savings, process automation and real-time performance visibility.
