Captivea began the project with a complete analysis of AV Tech’s existing Odoo environment, combining business discovery and themed workshops by groups of people and domains. This work produced structured deliverable documents, which were presented, refined with feedback, and used to frame the deployment of Odoo ERP with the Accounting, Expenses, Inventory, Purchase, Employees, Sales and Dashboard applications, enabling time savings, process automation and real-time performance visibility.
