ALMA a.s.b.l.

Founded in 2005, ALMA (Association Luxembourgeoise de la Médiation et des Médiateurs Agréés) brings together mediation services in Luxembourg, uniting mediators in various fields such as family, criminal, commercial and education. Its goal is to improve the quality of mediation. In addition to mediators, other professionals collaborate to promote this practice. The 2021 Annual General Meeting was held through remote voting, in line with the exceptional measures adopted due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The context

A mediation association looking for a modern, customised ERP

ALMA a.s.b.l. is a Luxembourg association that brings together mediation services and accredited mediators across family, criminal, commercial and educational fields, working with other professionals to promote and improve the quality of mediation.

Before the project, ALMA managed its activities with disparate tools and manual processes, making it difficult to centralise information, track mediation cases efficiently and ensure smooth collaboration between mediators and other stakeholders.

The key objective was to better serve its members, reinforce ALMA’s role in Luxembourg’s mediation landscape and secure reliable, up-to-date information to support decision-making and day-to-day coordination.

Their needs

Streamlined mediation management and stronger member services

ALMA wanted a solution that would reflect the specific nature of mediation, simplify case management and improve collaboration between all stakeholders, while giving the association a strong digital foundation for its growth.

  • Implement a case management system tailored to mediation practices.
  • Centralise member and case information in a single, reliable tool.
  • Facilitate collaboration and communication among mediators and partner professionals.
  • Gain a clear view of activities and finances to support strategic decision-making.

The proposed solution

A customised Odoo ERP, aligned with mediation practices

Captivea Luxembourg began with a complete analysis of ALMA’s Odoo environment through business discovery workshops and structured deliverables, then configured Odoo ERP with Accounting, Invoicing, Documents, Sign, Email Marketing, Events, Sales and Discuss to centralise information, automate recurring processes, support online communication and events, and provide user-friendly, real-time management of mediation activities.

The first step of this project is to perform a complete analysis of the client's Odoo environment.

Analysis objectives

  • To be reassured on the faisability
  • Show that we understood their business
  • To confirm a budget
  • To know and confirm how we will do it
