Captivea France carried out a complete analysis of RED Horticulture's existing Odoo ERP, organising business discovery workshops by theme and user group, documenting processes and requirements, and delivering structured recommendations on how to optimise and evolve their use of Odoo modules such as Inventory, Manufacturing, Purchase, Quality, Accounting, Expenses, CRM, Sales, Employees, Project and Dashboard to gain time savings, higher productivity and streamlined operations.
