MP44 operates an innovative, interactive kiosk concept powered by STORE44, a business application store designed to simplify and centralise access to the software companies use every day.
Before the project, MP44 was expanding internationally with several entities, but information and processes were fragmented across tools and teams, making it difficult to manage all activities consistently and to obtain a consolidated view of operations.
For MP44, it was crucial to support international growth with reliable, centralised information, ensure consistent management of all entities, and secure a scalable digital foundation that would make day-to-day work more efficient for both employees and management.

A comprehensive Odoo ERP analysis to build a scalable foundation
Captivea Luxembourg carried out a comprehensive analysis of MP44’s Odoo environment, organising business discovery and themed workshops with different teams to understand processes, confirm feasibility, and align on budget and timeline. From this work, structured deliverables were created and presented, integrating Odoo ERP modules such as Accounting, Invoicing, CRM, Sales, Subscriptions, Rental, Human Resources, Project, Helpdesk, Inventory, Purchase, and more, laying the foundation for centralised management of all group entities and future international growth.
