The context
From Excel spreadsheets to an integrated ERP for fleet management
Mobilease is an independent consulting firm that helps small, medium-sized and mid-market companies optimise their automotive fleets and manage the transition towards more sustainable mobility.
Before the project, Mobilease was managing key operational and financial data in Excel files. This approach was cumbersome, prone to manual errors, and made it difficult to centralise information on vehicles, customers and financial flows in a single, reliable system.
The stakes were to secure data quality, streamline day-to-day fleet and financial management, and gain a consolidated view of activity so Mobilease could support its clients more efficiently while keeping pace with changes in the automotive and energy transition landscape.

Mobilease wanted to move away from error‑prone Excel files and centralise all its vehicle fleet, customer and financial information in a single ERP, with processes automated and connected to standard Odoo applications.

The proposed solution
A tailored Odoo ERP with a custom fleet management module
Captivea France performed a complete analysis of Mobilease’s environment, conducting themed business discovery workshops and producing detailed deliverables to confirm scope, budget and timeline. On this basis, Captivea configured Odoo ERP and built a custom module in Odoo Studio, fully integrated with standard Accounting, Sales, Quotations, Invoicing and CRM apps, so Mobilease can efficiently manage its vehicle fleet while benefiting from centralised data, automated processes and Odoo’s flexibility.
