Centralising citizen requests and advisory services in one ERP
Klima-Agence G.I.E. is Luxembourg’s national agency that guides citizens and professionals in their sustainable housing and mobility projects, with a focus on energy efficiency and eco-mobility.
Before the Odoo project, Klima-Agence managed citizen requests, advisory services and on-site appointments with fragmented tools, making it difficult to track each interaction, consolidate information, and obtain a clear overview of the support provided across all channels.
The stakes were to deliver a higher-quality public service with reliable tracking of every advisory interaction, reduce manual work for teams, and gain real-time visibility into activities and performance to better support the country’s energy transition.

A complete Odoo analysis and rollout tailored to a public service agency
Captivea Luxembourg performed a complete analysis of Klima-Agence’s Odoo environment, running business discovery workshops by theme and user group to understand their public service workflows. Based on this, they structured an Odoo ERP implementation using apps such as Project, Field Service, Appointments, CRM, Email Marketing, Events, Marketing Automation, Sign, Employees, Whatsapp, Dashboard and Odoo Studio, delivering centralised request management, automated scheduling of interventions, quick and intuitive appointment booking, simplified document management and customised workflows, as well as real-time dashboards and marketing automation to support Klima-Agence’s mission.
