Expanding water purification operations needed a unified ERP backbone
NOVITEP SARL is a water supply company in Burkina Faso that designs and implements potable water storage and distribution solutions, with strong expertise in purification systems and the commercial distribution of bottled and packaged water.
Before the project, NOVITEP SARL relied on disparate tools and manual procedures to manage water purification, storage and distribution. Commercial activities for bottled and packaged water, stock movements and financial tracking were scattered across spreadsheets and standalone applications, making it difficult to consolidate information and support growth.
The priority was to secure reliable access to clean, potable water for customers across Burkina Faso, improve control over purified water quality and stock, and give management clear visibility into commercial performance and operational flows.

Captivea USA deployed Odoo ERP as NOVITEP SARL’s central platform, bringing together the processes that support water purification, storage and commercial distribution of bottled and packaged water. By consolidating operational and commercial data in Odoo, NOVITEP SARL can coordinate activities more efficiently and monitor its potable water supply operations with a single, coherent system.
