Who we are looking for
The profile we are looking for
Technical skills
- Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or a related field
- Minimum 2 to 3 years' experience in HR
- Ability to understand labour regulations across different contexts and to adapt quickly to the local requirements of foreign subsidiaries
- Proficiency in office software and Odoo
- Previous experience in a multicultural or international environment
Soft skills
- Professional handling of confidential information
- Strong rigour, organisational skills, proactivity, autonomy, resourcefulness and initiative
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams while contributing proactively to a variety of HR missions
Languages
- French – excellent spoken and written command
- English – excellent spoken and written command
- Spanish – an asset
Day to day
Your missions
Administrative onboarding & compliance
- Manage administrative onboarding: contracts and legal documents
- Check that employee files comply with local laws, working with our legal counsel
- Ensure social security declarations are produced and submitted
Leave, expenses & employee benefits
- Manage leave and absences
- Handle expense claims
- Manage employee benefit schemes (health insurance, pension and other benefits) in compliance with the local legislation applicable to the subsidiaries.
Payroll management
- Prepare payroll variables and send them to payroll providers
- Check and monitor payroll
- Manage relations with external providers to ensure compliance and service quality
Employee relations & reviews
- Act as the point of contact for all employee questions on administrative or HR matters
- Organise interviews with managers and employees
- Follow up on these interviews
Skills development & HR strategy
- Implement and monitor training plans
- Support the skills development of our employees
- Roll out the company's HR strategy and develop new initiatives
