Implementation · Starter
Starter: your first Odoo, live in about two weeks
A fixed-scope implementation for small companies that need a real system now rather than a project later. You choose the modules, we configure them on standard Odoo, we import your data and train your team. Two weeks, not two quarters — and the reason it is that fast is written on this page.
Who it is for
Under ten people, standard needs, no time to lose
This package is built for startups and small companies whose processes are close to what Odoo already does: sales, invoicing, CRM, stock. If you recognise yourself in all three of these, it is the right one:
- you want a capable system without an open-ended budget;
- you need it running in weeks, not after a discovery phase;
- your needs are standard and you do not need custom development.
The speed is not a sales promise, it is a consequence: the scope is fixed before we start. That is the trade, and it is worth understanding before you choose.
Scope
What is included, and what is not
No price on this page: what you can hold us to is the scope. Here it is, from both ends.
Included
- configuration of the modules you select, on standard Odoo;
- a structured kickoff: roles, planning, and the file formats we need from you;
- import of your existing data from the files prepared together;
- testing and validation against a written plan before production;
- hands-on training for your users, on your own data;
- go-live support and the first days of use.
Not included
- custom development of any kind — this package is 100 % standard Odoo;
- changes to the scope of a module once the project has started: the scope of each module is defined by us at the outset and is what makes the two weeks possible;
- integration with your other software;
- Odoo licences, which are billed by Odoo per user and per app;
- process redesign — we configure what Odoo does, we do not re-engineer how you work.
If reading the right-hand column makes you uncomfortable, that is useful information: you need the Business package, where the scope is built with you instead of being handed to you.
How it runs
Five stages, about two weeks
Short enough that the plan fits on one page, and it is the same plan every time.
1. Kickoff
Roles named, process explained, and the list of files we need from you. Everything downstream depends on this meeting being taken seriously.
2. Your data
We give you the exact formats and help you prepare the files, so the import goes in once and cleanly. This is the stage where projects slip, and it is on your side.
3. Setup and configuration
We install and activate the modules within the defined scope, using Odoo's standard configuration. No development, therefore no surprises.
4. Testing and validation
Deliverables sent on a set plan, checked for quality and compliance before anything reaches production.
5. Training and go-live
Direct, hands-on training, then the move to production. You start using the system the same week.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
About two weeks from kickoff, yes — and only because nothing is open. The modules come from a defined list, the configuration stays standard, and the scope of each module is fixed. The one thing that moves the date is your data: if the files are not ready, the calendar waits for them.
Not inside this package, and that is deliberate. But the system you end up with is ordinary Odoo, so anything is possible later as a separate engagement — usually a Business phase on the next department. Nothing you buy here has to be thrown away.
Yes. The package is built on Odoo, and moving to Enterprise later for the additional features is a normal step rather than a migration. The difference between the editions is covered on Enterprise vs Community.
Then this is the wrong package, and we will say so rather than sell it to you. A Starter forced onto non-standard processes produces a system nobody uses. The honest route is Business, which starts with workshops precisely to find that out.
Often yes, and a fixed scope suits the funding bodies well because it is written down and easy to assess. See the public funding schemes — and file the application before the project starts, not after.
