Main responsibilities of the position : Ensure the smooth operation of all HR-related activities, including personnel administration and payroll management, employee relations, and the implementation of the company’s HR strategy.
Activities and Tasks |
| Personnel Administration - Manage administrative onboarding: employment contracts and legal documents, verification of file compliance with local laws, in collaboration with the legal officer. - Management of leave, expense reports. - Manage health insurance, mutual insurance, provident schemes, and other employee benefits in accordance with the local legislation of each subsidiary. - Serve as the main point of contact for all employee questions related to administrative or HR matters. |
| Payroll Management (in collaboration with the payroll provider) - Prepare payroll variables and submit them to external providers. - Verify and monitor payroll processing. - Manage the relationship with the external payroll provider to ensure compliance and quality of service. |
| Human Resources Management - Organize and track performance reviews and meetings between managers and employees. - Implement and monitor training plans and the development of employee skills. - Implement the company’s HR strategy and develop new HR initiatives. |
Required skills |
| Bachelor’s degree (BAC+3) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related fields. |
| Minimum of 2 years' experience in the HR field |
| Ability to understand labor regulations in various contexts and quickly adapt to the local requirements of foreign subsidiaries. |
Ability to handle confidential information professionally |
Strong organizational skills, proactivity, autonomy, resourcefulness, interpersonal ease, and initiative. |
Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and contribute proactively to various HR missions. |
Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written. |
Proficiency in office tools; knowledge of Odoo is an asset. |
Previous experience in a multicultural or international environment is a plus. |
