ORNE RECYCLAGE is a metal recycling and recovery specialist based near Metz, serving businesses and communities around the Thionville–Metz area with collection, sorting and recycling of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, as well as skip rental, industrial demolition and metallurgical analysis services.
Before the Odoo project, ORNE RECYCLAGE managed purchasing, accounting and sales with disparate tools and a high level of manual data entry, which made it harder to track payments, quotes, invoices and purchases in a consistent, centralized way.
The stakes were to secure reliable financial and operational information, reduce the time spent on manual tasks, and gain better visibility over sales, purchases and cash flow so that decisions could be taken quickly and confidently.

A phased Odoo ERP rollout built on a thorough upstream analysis
Captivea Luxembourg first carried out a complete analysis of ORNE RECYCLAGE’s Odoo environment, with business discovery workshops by theme and user group, clear objectives on feasibility, budget, approach and timeline, and formal deliverables presented and refined with feedback. On this basis, Odoo ERP was deployed and progressively extended around Finance, Accounting, Invoicing, Sales and Purchase, creating a centralized, automated backbone for the company’s administrative and commercial processes.
