OpenR is a service provider specializing in onshore and offshore wind energy, supporting wind farm operators across France with inspections, audits, assistance, supervision, maintenance and training.
Before the project, OpenR was already using Odoo ERP but needed clarity and structure around how the solution was configured and used, with processes spread across different practices and limited formalization of how the system should support their QHSE-focused operations.
The stakes were to secure reliable, compliant and efficient operations for onshore and offshore wind services, ensuring data consistency, clear processes and better visibility to maintain installations at the highest technical and regulatory standards.

Captivea France North carried out a complete analysis of OpenR’s Odoo environment, organizing business discovery workshops by theme, teams and domains, then producing detailed deliverable documents. This analysis validated feasibility, defined how Odoo ERP would support finance, HR, services and supply chain, confirmed the budget and timeline, and prepared the deployment and optimization of the selected Odoo apps: Accounting, Expenses, Sign, Recruitment, Time Off, Fleet, Project, Timesheet, Inventory, Purchase, Sales, Surveys and Dashboard.
