Hitachi Energy Ltd - Maintenance is the Hitachi Maintenance brand of ABB/Hitachi, managing maintenance interventions on a large fleet of tools, machines and infrastructure used by customers in utilities, industry, transportation and infrastructure.
Before the project, maintenance requests for tools, machines and offices were handled with heterogeneous methods and tools, making it difficult to centralize information, follow up on interventions and obtain a clear view of ongoing and upcoming maintenance work.
The stakes were to secure reliable and traceable maintenance for the entire fleet, reduce time spent on manual coordination, improve availability of equipment and facilities, and give teams and management better visibility into preventive and corrective interventions.

Hitachi Energy Ltd - Maintenance wanted a dedicated tool to manage maintenance requests, both preventive and corrective, for their fleet of tools, machines and offices directly within their Odoo environment.

The proposed solution
Structured analysis of the Odoo environment and maintenance processes
Captivea began by performing a complete analysis of the client’s existing Odoo environment and maintenance processes, running business discovery workshops by theme and user group, producing detailed deliverable documents and handling feedback. On this basis, Captivea implemented an Odoo ERP solution using Inventory, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Dashboard and Employees apps to manage maintenance requests for the fleet of tools, machines and offices, automate repetitive tasks and create dashboards that optimize company management.
