Captivea USA began by performing a complete analysis of BusSTRUT’s Odoo environment, using business discovery and themed workshops to understand their manufacturing processes and constraints. This analysis clarified feasibility, confirmed the budget and timeline, and defined how Odoo ERP would centralize production, inventory, purchasing, quality, accounting, dashboards and sales, paving the way for automated stock and production management, centralized financial and quality documents, and streamlined coordination between teams.
