Odoo Apps - Walmart Connector
Run your Walmart Marketplace business from Odoo. Orders, catalogue, inventory, and pricing stay in sync with Odoo, and your Walmart payments are imported for accounting. This works however you fulfil orders: yourself (Seller), through Walmart (WFS), or through a third-party logistics provider (3PL), on both Walmart US and Walmart Canada.
- Odoo version: 19.0, Community and Enterprise
- Availability: Odoo.sh / On-Premise
- Dependencies: Sales, Inventory, Delivery, Invoicing, Discuss
Overview
The Walmart Connector makes Odoo the hub of your Walmart operations. It imports your orders, syncs your catalogue, exports your inventory and pricing, and reconciles your Walmart payments with your accounting. Orders and shipments are handled in standard Odoo records, and every Walmart ID stays traceable.
Key features
- Order management: Import and track orders from creation to delivery, acknowledge them, and send carrier tracking info back to Walmart. Seller, WFS, and 3PL orders are each handled separately.
- Catalogue, inventory, and pricing: Match SKUs, GTINs, and WPIDs, sync products, export inventory and prices, and import WFS inventory.
- Accounting: Payment and reconciliation reports, settlements, WFS fees, and mapping to your chart of accounts.
- Monitoring: An Operations Centre dashboard (KPIs, sales, sync status), a job queue, and a log of all exchanges with Walmart.
What is it?
Selling on Walmart often means juggling Seller Center, Odoo, and CSV files. Orders get entered twice, inventory is updated manually, and Walmart payments are hard to match against invoices. All this double entry wastes time and leads to errors: stockouts, missed tracking updates, and accounting discrepancies. The Walmart Connector removes this back-and-forth by connecting Odoo directly to the Walmart Marketplace API.
Key benefits:
- One tool for everything: Manage your Walmart orders, inventory, pricing, and accounting in one place, right inside Odoo.
- Less manual work: Order confirmation, invoicing, and payment can be triggered automatically at whichever stage you choose.
- A controlled rollout: Read-only mode stops anything from being sent to Walmart while you validate your data.
- More reliable accounting: Your Walmart payments are reconciled with your invoices without re-entering anything, so you have fewer discrepancies at month-end closing.
How does this Odoo app work?
- Purchase the module on the Odoo Apps Store, deploy it to your Odoo.sh or On-Premise instance, then install it from the Apps menu.
- Create a Walmart instance under Configuration, choose the environment (Sandbox or Production), and enter your Client ID and Client Secret.
- Test the connection with read-only mode still on, then run a first import of products or orders.
- Validate your data and turn on write mode: disable read-only mode and enable automatic syncs.
