Captivea, the global leader in implementing the Odoo ERP— the benchmark ERP suite for optimizing business processes— is looking for an Account Manager for its subsidiary in Luxembourg.
As an Account Manager/executive at Captivea, you will play a key role in the success of our clients and the growth of the company. You will build strong, long‑lasting relationships with our existing clients, understand their needs, and support them in the success of their projects. You will also handle incoming leads, identify new business opportunities, and convert those opportunities into contracts.

| 60% Client Retention: - Manage a portfolio of existing clients and build long-term relationship of trust. - Monitor project progress and identify new needs to maximize their use of Odoo. - Serve as a key point of contact to support clients in their growth. |
| 50% Business Development: - Convert incoming leads into concrete opportunities. - Develop new business relationships. |
Profile |
| 3–5 years of experience in B2B account management or business development, ideally in enterprise software. |
| Excellent ability to build long-term, trust-based relationships. |
| Autonomy and ability to work with minimal supervision in a flexible environment. |
