Captivea, a global leader in Odoo ERP implementation — the leading ERP suite for optimizing business processes — is looking for an Account Manager for its Luxembourg subsidiary.
As an Account Manager at Captivea, you will play a key role in our clients’ success and in the company’s growth. You will build strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, understand their needs, and support them in achieving their project goals. You will also handle incoming leads, identify new business opportunities, and turn them into signed contracts.
Responsibilities |
50% Client Retention: - Manage a portfolio of existing clients and build long-term trusted relationships. - Monitor project progress and identify new needs to maximize their use of Odoo. - Act as a key point of contact to support clients in their growth. |
50% Business Development: - Convert incoming leads into concrete opportunities. - Develop new business relationships. |
Profile |
3–5 years of experience in B2B account management or business development, ideally in enterprise software. |
Strong ability to build trusted, long-term relationships. |
Autonomy and ability to work with minimal supervision in a flexible environment. |
