Luxmill is a mixed-use real estate project in Esch-Belval Sanem, Luxembourg, also known as the Wellbeing Factory, combining work, living, and leisure spaces to promote a balanced lifestyle for residents, workers, and guests.
Before the project with Captivea, Luxmill’s rental, sales, and accounting activities were not fully unified in a single system, making it harder to track property availability, plan interventions, and follow financial flows in real time, and limiting clear visibility on internal operations and resource allocation.
The stakes for Luxmill were to support its wellbeing-focused concept with reliable, real-time management of rentals, sales, and finances, ensure better control of internal operations and resources, and provide decision-makers with trustworthy data to guide the development of its mixed-use real estate site.

Captivea Luxembourg first conducted a complete analysis of Luxmill’s Odoo environment, then structured an integrated Odoo ERP solution using Sales, Rental, Accounting, and Project. This setup centralizes information, enables real-time tracking of property availability and interventions, improves financial management, and gives Luxmill better control over internal operations, timelines, and resources while supporting time savings and productivity gains.
