For example, an on-premise customer running an older version will be covered just like a SaaS customer. The only exception is Odoo Online users, who are automatically kept up to date and therefore not affected. For Odoo.sh and On-Premise customers, the new support policy applies immediately for new and renewed subscriptions. In addition, Odoo.sh now officially supports the five latest major versions.
