The Accountant is responsible for the complete management of accounting and financial operations for the facilities in the United States. This role requires experience in balance sheet preparation and analysis. Additionally, proficiency in English is required for communication with partners in the USA and management of financial documents.
Position based in Ivandry, Pullman building
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire accounting process, including journal entry posting, financial statement preparation, and accounts closing.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to assess the company's financial health and provide strategic recommendations.
- Prepare and present periodic balance sheets, financial statements, and management reports to internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in the development and implementation of accounting policies and financial procedures.
- Maintain smooth communication with financial and operational departments to ensure consistency of financial data and informed decision-making.
- Perform any other accounting or financial tasks assigned by management.
Required Skills
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (BAC + 5) in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5 years of minimum experience in a similar position, with proven experience in balance sheet preparation and analysis.
- Proficiency in English required, both written and spoken, for communication with international partners and management of financial documents; intermediate level accepted.
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in accounting software, mastery of Odoo is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems effectively.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
