The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for identifying and qualifying potential prospects for the sales team. This position is suitable for a young, dynamic individual eager for new challenges.

Responsibilities |
| Make outbound calls to B2B prospects to qualify sales opportunities. |
| Identify the needs of prospects and determine if they are a good fit for the company's solutions. |
| Collaborate closely with the sales team to transfer qualified leads and ensure effective follow-up. |
Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects in the CRM system |
Participate in team meetings to share best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes. |
Required skills |
| 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or business development. |
| Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. |
| Ability to work independently and meet assigned prospecting targets. |
Proficiency in productivity tools such as Office 365, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. |
Knowledge of telephone prospecting techniques and ability to quickly establish a relationship of trust with prospects. |
