ERP Operations Manager

The ERP Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the production department and driving overall operational efficiency within the company. This role combines leadership responsibilities with hands-on consulting work, as the ERP Operations Manager will continue to manage ERP implementation projects for our clients.

Responsibilities

As the ERP Operations Manager, you will be expected to:

Champion Project Success

  • Serve as an ambassador of our methodology (Support, Audit, Training), ensuring best practices are consistently applied across all projects.

Enhance Operational Productivity

  • Lead and supervise the operations team, including consultants, developers, and team leads.
  • Work closely with team managers to coach and support employees, ensuring that a maximum number of team members achieve their individual and collective goals.

Team & Performance Management

  • Manage, mentor, and develop the production team managers.
  • Oversee and plan operational capacity to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Drive customer satisfaction through quality delivery and proactive issue resolution

ERP Implementation

  • Deploy ERP solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Analyze business processes and propose improvements.
  • Configure ERP modules based on functional requirements.
  • Manage client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Handle project planning, execution, documentation, and follow-up.
  • Provide ongoing software support when required

Reporting & Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Report directly to the CEO.
  • Collaborate with and report to the Group Quality & Method Director to implement new quality initiatives and support the training of teams on quality and methodological standards.

Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of hands-on Odoo implementation experience and Odoo certification.
Demonstrated team management and leadership capabilities.
Excellent communication skills, both client-facing and internal.

Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management abilities.

Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

High adaptability.
