As a key player in business development, you will create and capture opportunities at the heart of the local ecosystem. As a true ambassador for Odoo, you will develop a high-impact network, target strategic prospects, and engage them through high-value demonstrations. 

Independent, friendly, results-oriented, and with excellent interpersonal skills, you will proactively manage the entire sales cycle and build lasting partnerships.

Not from a sales background? No problem! You will be trained using Captivea's unique approach, combining the best sales methods (MEDDIC, Sandler, and SPIN) to give you all the keys to success!

Mission

Develop and lead a local professional network
- Actively participate in local events: trade shows, networking events, business clubs, etc.
- Identify key contacts and build trusting relationships with local businesses.
Turn these relationships into business opportunities
- Analyze and understand the needs of businesses to offer tailored solutions.
- Conduct impactful demonstrations to showcase the full potential of Odoo.
- Support your contacts throughout the sales cycle: identifying needs, product demonstrations, negotiation, and signing.
Be a true ambassador for Odoo and Captivea
- Representing the company and contributing to its influence in the region.
- Participate in the digital transformation of client companies by building lasting partnerships..

Profile

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong professional relationships.

Previous sales experience is a plus, but above all, it is your motivation to progress that will make the difference.

Minimum 2 years of higher education, with an appetite for digital technology, business management, or innovation
