Captivea is a leading Odoo Gold Partner with a global presence across the USA, France, Switzerland, Canada, Singapore, and India. We help growing and mid-market companies transform their operations by implementing Odoo ERP, the most complete all-in-one business management platform.

We are growing our US commercial team and are looking for a disciplined Sales Development Representative to drive outbound pipeline from our Orlando office

Mission

  • As an SDR, you are the front line of Captivea’s US sales engine. Your objective is to generate buyer-qualified business opportunities that convert into design engagements and ERP implementations.
  • You will be the first point of contact for US-based executives and are responsible for filtering real ERP buyers from non-buyers before opportunities reach the sales team.

What You Will Do

  • Hunt
     
    - Execute outbound prospecting through phone, LinkedIn, email, and targeted campaigns
     - Engage decision-makers at qualified target accounts
  • Qualify
     
    - Validate ERP-related business pain
     - Confirm decision authority or strong influence
     - Establish budget ownership or a credible budget path
     - Confirm a realistic timeline (generally ≤ 12 months)
     - Determine whether Odoo is a strong functional fit
     - Disqualify non-buyers, consultants, students, and price-only inquiries
  • Book
     
    - Schedule discovery meetings only when qualification criteria are fully met
     - Ensure meetings are accepted by Sales Leadership before being considered qualified
  • Manage
     
    - Maintain accurate activity, notes, and opportunity records in Odoo CRM
     - Track outcomes and continuously improve conversion quality

Who we Are looking for

  • Experience
     - 1–3 years of sales, business development, or outbound prospecting experience
  • Mindset
     - Comfortable on the phone and in executive-level conversations
    - Disciplined, resilient, and coachable
  • Mindset
     - Prior ERP or complex B2B SaaS experience (Odoo, NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics)

Compensation

Base Salary: $48,000 – $60,000
Variable Compensation: $18,000 – $25,000
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $70,000 – $85,000

Career Path

The SDR role is the entry point into Captivea’s US commercial organization.
High-performing SDRs who consistently generate buyer-qualified pipeline and influence closed business may progress into Account Executive roles.
