The context

From fragmented tools to an Odoo‑centric accounting firm

We Doo Accounting is an accounting firm based in Angers that focuses on supporting companies using the Odoo accounting application, combining accounting expertise with deep knowledge of the Odoo ecosystem.

Before this project, We Doo Accounting relied on multiple tools to handle human resources, marketing, production and accounting, which led to duplicated work, manual data re-entry, and made it harder to fully leverage Odoo as the central environment for both their internal operations and the services they provide to clients.

The goal was to define a realistic and clearly scoped project that would centralise operations in Odoo, provide reliable and up-to-date financial data, and ensure We Doo Accounting could scale its services while maintaining full, real-time visibility over its activities.
