The context
From fragmented tools to a centralised IT equipment lifecycle
vision21 Solutions is a technology company specialising in customised IT solutions for businesses and educational institutions, supporting clients from needs analysis through to strategic planning and risk management.
Before the project, vision21 Solutions managed equipment distribution, configuration, returns, repair, refurbishment, rental, and resale across multiple tools, which made it difficult to consolidate information and align day-to-day operations with the real complexity of their business.
The goal was to bring every stage of the IT equipment lifecycle into a single, coherent system, reduce manual work, gain real-time visibility of stock and services, and free up the team to focus on growth and innovation rather than administrative tasks.

vision21 Solutions wanted to deploy Odoo ERP with Captivea to structure and centralise all their IT activities, from equipment distribution and configuration to returns management, repair, refurbishment, rental and resale, in a single system aligned with the realities of their business.

The proposed solution
An Odoo ERP foundation built on detailed business analysis
Captivea USA began the project with a complete analysis of vision21 Solutions’ Odoo environment through business discovery and themed workshops, then formalised deliverables and managed feedback before deployment. On this foundation, Odoo ERP was implemented as the central system, with apps for Inventory, Purchase, Quality, Repair, Sales, CRM, Rental, Accounting, Website Builder and Helpdesk to automate transactions, centralise customer information, streamline support and repair flows, and provide real-time stock tracking and simplified product version management.
The first step of this project is to perform a complete analysis of the client's Odoo environment.
