Samsa Film is a leading independent film production company based in Luxembourg, with more than a hundred feature films and just as many documentaries and shorts produced over more than 35 years.
As Samsa Film expanded its activities and subsidiaries, financial management relied on disparate practices and tools, making it difficult to consolidate figures, track costs across entities and maintain a clear overview of ongoing productions.

Captivea Luxembourg began by conducting a complete analysis of Samsa Film’s Odoo environment through business discovery workshops by theme and team, creating and presenting detailed deliverable documents and managing feedback. Based on this groundwork, Odoo ERP was configured and deployed with Accounting, Invoicing, Expenses, Spreadsheet (BI), Documents and Sign for finance; Social Marketing, Email Marketing, SMS Marketing, Events, Marketing Automation and Surveys for marketing; Inventory, Manufacturing, PLM and Purchase for supply chain; and Employees, Recruitment, Time Off, Project and Timesheet for HR and services, centralising information, automating key processes and preparing the company for sustainable growth.
