Technical skills
At least 5 years' experience in web and digital marketing
Significant experience in founding, growing or leading a web or digital agency
Experience in structuring and growing a digital business
Solid understanding of the challenges involved in website creation, e-commerce, SEO, SEA, content creation and digital marketing
Knowledge of Odoo: an asset
Experience in an international environment: an asset
Soft skills
Proven team management experience
Ability to drive a strategic vision while remaining strongly hands-on
Builder mindset
Close involvement with teams and projects

Day to day
Your missions
Vision & service offering
Define the vision, strategy and roadmap of the Web Business Unit. Develop and expand the service offering: website creation, e-commerce, SEO, SEA, content creation, social media and digital marketing.
Structuring & growth
Put in place the Business Unit's processes, working methods and quality standards. Identify the resources needed to grow the business, contribute to recruitment, and take part in business development and the design of client offerings.
Team management
Lead the Group's web project managers and support the development of team members' skills. Ensure coordination between project teams, technical teams and the international entities, and work with the Quality & Methods Department to improve processes and best practices.
Strategic project leadership
Step in on the most complex or high-stakes web projects, ensuring deliverable quality, on-time delivery and client satisfaction.
Advisory & digital vision
Support clients in defining their needs and digital strategy, and bring a big-picture perspective on web, digital marketing and user experience topics.
