Odoo Consultant
Analyse business processes, implement ERP solutions, and drive successful go-lives. Working closely with clients, you will understand their finance and business needs, provide expert advice and guidance, and support them throughout their ERP implementation.

Technical skills
- Experience in ERP implementations and working with ERP systems
- Required: experience with ERPs such as NetSuite, Sage, or Acumatica
- Knowledge of finance and accounting concepts and practices
- Strong project management skills
- Experience with Odoo is a plus
- Certifications in ERP systems or related fields preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred
Soft skills
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify and understand complex business processes
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with clients
Day to day
Your missions
Needs analysis
Understand the project scope and analyse the client's needs: lead analysis workshops and deliver software demos.
Project management
Define and track project progress with the client and internal teams; plan, monitor, and adjust each phase based on constraints and priorities; lead project meetings, share progress updates, and document decisions and changes.
ERP implementation
Define and estimate tasks; install and configure modules; customise them using implementation tools (Studio, automated actions, scheduled actions); import data; write specifications and collaborate with developers; test implemented features and organise validation sessions with the client.
Client satisfaction & methodology
Ensure client satisfaction at every stage: train and support end users, proactively suggest ways to optimise their processes, and ensure the Captivea methodology is followed.
Pre-sales
Collaborate with the sales team to analyse prospects' initial needs and propose suitable solutions; deliver functional demos tailored to their business.
