ERP Operations Manager

BELVAUX, Luxembourg

The ERP Production Manager is responsible for managing the production department and contributes to the company’s productivity. The Production Manager will carry out their new duties while also working as a consultant in charge of managing ERP implementation projects for our clients.

Responsibilities

As a Production Manager, you will be expected to:

  • Contribute to the success of projects by being an ambassador of our methodology (Support, Audit, Training)
  • Contribute to the company’s productivity by:
    • Leading and supervising the operations team (consultants, developers, and team leads).
    • Working closely with team leads to support employee success and ensure that as many employees as possible achieve their objectives.
  • Manage and coach the team managers within the production department.
  • Manage operational capacity.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Implement ERP software to meet client needs (ERP implementation).
  • Conduct business process analysis.
  • Configure software solutions.
  • Manage client relationships.
  • Oversee project management.
  • Provide software support.
  • Report to the CEO.
  • Provide reporting to the Group’s Quality and Method Director, implement new actions in collaboration with them, and assist in training teams on all topics related to quality and methodology.

Skills and Qualities
3 years of experience in Odoo implementation and Odoo certification.
Demonstrated team management skills.
Excellent customer communication and internal communication skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Problem-solving and analytical skills.

Adaptability.
