The context
Centralizing cancer care coordination with an integrated ERP
Institut National du Cancer (INC) is the national organization in Luxembourg responsible for coordinating the public and private stakeholders involved in managing and caring for cancer patients.
Before the project, INC had to manage its finances, human resources, sales-related activities, projects, planning, and communications without a single, integrated ERP system, making it harder to harmonize efforts among medical professionals, hospitals, private practitioners, associations, patients, and public bodies.
The goal was to provide all stakeholders in cancer care with a better coordinated framework, including reliable information, centralized processes, and clear visibility into activities and resources, so national efforts could be aligned and strengthened.

An Odoo ERP backbone, refined through a detailed analysis phase
Captivea Luxembourg first carried out a complete analysis of INC’s Odoo environment through business discovery and themed workshops by group and domain, to understand their processes and confirm feasibility, budget, approach, and timeline. Based on this, Odoo ERP was implemented as the central system using Project, Timesheet, Planning, Appointments, Discuss, Approvals, Dashboard, Knowledge, Employees, Recruitment, Time Off, Accounting, Sign, Sales, and Surveys, enabling INC to save time, centralize information, reduce manual work through automation, improve visibility on employee timesheets and invoicing, and support better management of the organization.
The first step of this project is to perform a complete analysis of the client's Odoo environment.
