Senior Web & marketing Project Manager

Captivea is an Odoo Gold Partner ERP integrator operating across multiple continents and actively expanding its Web Agency Business Unit. 

In this context, the Senior Web & Marketing Project Manager holds a key position within the organization. This individual is responsible for leading client projects while contributing to the structuring, development, and growth of Captivea's Web Business Unit.

Key Responsibilities
Client Web Project Management
- Lead clients through the creation or redesign of their websites using Odoo, from requirements gathering and specification development through to final delivery.
- Coordinate technical teams and client stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain regular communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Digital Strategy & Consulting
- Advise clients on and implement SEO, SEA/PPC, content marketing, email marketing, and social media strategies.
- Set up, monitor, and optimize performance tracking tools and analytics platforms, including Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Google Search Console.
Web Business Unit Development
- Maintain a holistic vision of the agency's core disciplines, including SEO, design, UX, web development, content creation, and e-commerce.
- Identify resource needs, contribute to recruitment efforts, and help define internal processes and best practices.
- Work closely with management to align operational roadmaps with commercial objectives and growth targets.
- Report directly to the Group Quality & Methods Director, collaborate on the implementation of new initiatives, and support the training of teams on quality standards, methodologies, and continuous improvement practices.

Team Leadership & Development
- Act as the central coordinator across the agency's various specialists, including designers, developers, SEO/SEA experts, and project managers.

- Support, mentor, and develop the skills of Web Business Unit team members.
- Foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous professional growth within the team.

Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum three years of higher education) in Digital Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in web project management and/or digital marketing, ideally within an agency environment.
  • Proven experience leading website creation and redesign projects.
  • Experience managing or coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong proficiency with Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Google Search Console.
  • Advanced expertise in on-page and off-page SEO, including content strategy development.
  • Working knowledge of SEA, Google Ads, and PPC campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of multi-channel digital marketing strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Digital marketing certifications.
  • Experience working with Odoo (Website, Content Management, eCommerce, CRM).
  • Basic knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with web accessibility standards and guidelines (WCAG, RGAA, accessibility best practices).
  • Strong content planning and SEO copywriting skills.
  • Experience with crawling and indexing tools such as Screaming Frog, Botify, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.

Compensation

€50,000 to €55,000 per year
