Sales Director

As a global leader in Odoo implementation, Captivea supports ambitious companies in their digital transformation. 

As part of its expansion into the Canadian market, the company is currently strengthening its sales organization. In this context, we are recruiting a Sales Director to lead business development, open new markets, and embody the company’s growth ambitions in Canada.

This is a role that combines operational and managerial responsibilities, involving hands-on work in the field during the initial phase, followed by a gradual increase in managerial responsibilities as the team grows.

Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Go-to-Market
- Define and implement the sales strategy.
- Apply the sales methodology and contribute to its optimization.
- Identify growth drivers and propose expansion strategies for the Canadian market.
- Actively contribute to the company’s overall strategic visio.
Business Development
- Lead the expansion of Captivea’s operations in Canada.
- Play an active role in acquiring new clients and managing incoming leads.
- Build and retain a strategic client portfolio.
- Analyze client needs, provide advice, and propose tailored solutions.
- Ensure high-quality client support throughout projects to guarantee satisfaction, working closely with the group’s Customer Success department.

Performance Management & Monitoring

- Monitor sales performance metrics.
- Ensure regular and reliable reporting on business activity.
- Update the sales information system.
- Maintain active monitoring of the market, trends, and competitive developments.

Leadership & Management

- Build, structure, and lead the sales team.
- Work closely with the delivery teams.
- Inspire the teams with energy, vision, and commitment.
- Develop a culture of performance, collaboration, and accountability.

Qualifications

Approximately 10 years of experience in a similar role (Head of Sales, Sales Director, etc.).
Significant experience in SaaS, ERP | Odoo, digital services, or IT consulting environments.
In-depth knowledge of the Canadian B2B market is essential.

Hands-on, dynamic, approachable, results-oriented profile, comfortable in the field as well as with strategy.

A natural leader, capable of motivating, persuading, and inspiring others

Bilingual in French and English required.
