We are expanding our US commercial team and are seeking a driven Account Executive to own the full sales cycle for ERP design and implementation engagements.

| As an Account Executive at Captivea, you are responsible for converting qualified demand into closed business. You will lead the discovery process, design Odoo-based solutions, and manage all commercial steps from scoping through contracting. |
| Your success will directly drive Captivea’s US growth through the profitable sale of ERP implementation services. |

Who we are looking for |
| Experience - 2–5 years of full-cycle B2B sales experience. - Prior experience selling ERP, complex SaaS, consulting services, or technical solutions strongly preferred. |
| Mindset - Confident leading executive-level conversations. - Strong business acumen and ability to structure problems. - Consultative, disciplined, organized, and comfortable running multi-step sales cycles. - Coachable and eager to refine methodology, positioning, and deal execution |
| Huge Plus - Experience with Odoo, NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or other ERP platforms. - Background in solution consulting, system integration, or business process design. |
Compensation
Base Salary: $60,000 – $72,000
Variable Compensation: $20,000 – $30,000
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $85,000 – $102,000
Success metrics
Your performance will be measured primarily by:
- Gross margin closed (primary revenue metric)
- Forecast accuracy
- Deal quality (scope clarity, budget alignment, go-live feasibility, client fit)
