Captivea began by conducting a complete analysis of QleanAir Scandinavia’s Odoo environment through business discovery workshops organized by theme, stakeholder groups, and domains. They then created and presented detailed deliverable documents, incorporated feedback, and prepared the deployment of Odoo ERP with Inventory, Manufacturing, Purchase, Project, Timesheet, Helpdesk, Accounting, Invoicing, Sales, and Odoo Studio to centralize information, save time, and optimize operational processes.
