Profile |
| Degree in IT, networking, or a related field (e.g., BTS, DUT, Professional Bachelor's). |
| 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role. |
| Proficiency in Microsoft Office. |
Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) is a plus. |
Strong understanding of computer networks and communication protocols. |
Experience with ticketing systems and technical support tools. |
Good command of both French and English (spoken and written). |
