We are looking for a Business Developer who is equally comfortable acquiring new clients and managing long-term business relationships.
Responsibilities |
| Business Development (80%) - Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities. - Build and maintain an active professional network (events, business clubs, local ecosystem). - Understand prospects’ business challenges and develop relevant value propositions. - Manage the entire sales cycle: discovery, demonstration, negotiation, and closing. - Represent the company and enhance its visibility in the local market. |
| Client Portfolio Management (20%) - Manage and grow an existing client portfolio. - Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. - Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. - Build strong and lasting partnerships. |
Profile |
| Proven experience in B2B business development, ideally in software, IT, or digital services. |
| Comfortable handling complex sales cycles and engaging with decision-makers. |
| True hunter mindset, results-driven and performance-oriented. |
Autonomous, organized, and rigorous in managing your activity. |
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. |
French is required; English is a plus. |
