A phased Odoo analysis and deployment tailored to SOMOS-IWT
Captivea began with a complete analysis of SOMOS-IWT’s Odoo environment, running business discovery workshops by theme and stakeholder group to understand their processes in depth. From this, Captivea produced clear deliverables, validated the implementation approach, and then deployed Odoo as a unified ERP platform using Inventory, Manufacturing, PLM, Purchase, Quality, Accounting, Invoicing, Expenses, CRM and Odoo Studio to centralize information, automate repetitive tasks, streamline purchasing and inventory control, and support financial follow-up.
