The context

From growing repair activity to a unified ERP backbone

Smarti Sàrl is a wholesale and retail business based in Steinfort, Luxembourg, specializing in the repair of smartphones, tablets, computers, and microsoldering for both private and professional customers.

Before the project, Smarti managed its repair, sales, and administrative activities without a truly integrated ERP system, relying on separate tools and manual workflows that made it harder to follow operations from end to end, control margins, and keep financial information aligned with daily activity.

The goal was to build a scalable foundation for their growing repair business, reduce time spent on administration, improve the reliability of financial and operational data, and gain clear visibility into performance so decisions could be made quickly and with confidence.

Their needs

A powerful all‑in‑one ERP to manage the repair business

Smarti was looking for a powerful, all‑in‑one ERP solution with Odoo ERP to manage its operations and chose Captivea to handle the management of its Odoo environment.

  • Centralize the management of repair, sales, and financial operations in a single Odoo ERP system.
  • Automate accounting and invoicing flows so that invoices and payments follow operational activity without manual re-entry.
  • Equip the point of sale with integrated tools to handle in‑store transactions and repair services efficiently.
  • Gain reliable, up‑to‑date information on activity and performance to support day‑to‑day decisions and future growth.

The proposed solution

A step‑by‑step Odoo ERP implementation, starting with a full environment analysis

Captivea Luxembourg began by performing a complete analysis of Smarti's Odoo environment through business discovery and themed workshops, validating feasibility, budget, implementation approach, and timeline. On this basis, Odoo ERP was deployed around the installed modules Accounting, Invoicing, and Point of Sale, providing Smarti with an integrated backbone to manage finance, billing, and in‑store activity while setting the stage for further process automation and time savings.

The first step of this project is to perform a complete analysis of the client's Odoo environment.
