We are looking for a Lead Database Manager who is passionate about data, research, and lead database optimization to support the acceleration of our LeadGen strategy.
Your responsibilities |
Identify, collect, and enrich qualified lead databases from a variety of sources (web, social networks, specialized directories, enrichment tools like Lusha, etc.). |
Deduplicate, clean, and structure the data to ensure its quality, GDPR compliance, and relevance for our campaigns (mainly using Excel). |
Work closely with the LeadGen and Campaign Manager teams to refine targeting criteria (ICP) and prioritize sectors to address. |
Monitor and analyze KPIs related to database quality and suggest concrete areas for improvement. |
Propose new tools, methods, and data sources to boost prospecting performance. |
Contribute to the collective dynamic of the LeadGen team and share your best practices during team workshops. |
Profile |
Background in IT or Marketing. |
Minimum of 2 years of significant experience in data scraping, database management, or B2B data enrichment, ideally in an international environment. |
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, mass processing, etc.). |
Proven mastery of scraping tools (PhantomBuster, InstantDataScraper, WebScraper, etc.) and automation tools (n8n, Make, etc.). |
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and strict respect for confidentiality. |
Team spirit, proactivity, and ability to work collaboratively across departments. |
