Lead database manager

Captivea, an international integrator of the Odoo ERP solution and a key player in digital transformation, is continuing its growth and strengthening its teams.
We are looking for a Lead Database Manager who is passionate about data, research, and lead database optimization to support the acceleration of our LeadGen strategy.

Your responsibilities

Identify, collect, and enrich qualified lead databases from a variety of sources (web, social networks, specialized directories, enrichment tools like Lusha, etc.).
Deduplicate, clean, and structure the data to ensure its quality, GDPR compliance, and relevance for our campaigns (mainly using Excel).
Work closely with the LeadGen and Campaign Manager teams to refine targeting criteria (ICP) and prioritize sectors to address.

Monitor and analyze KPIs related to database quality and suggest concrete areas for improvement.

Propose new tools, methods, and data sources to boost prospecting performance.

Contribute to the collective dynamic of the LeadGen team and share your best practices during team workshops.

Profile

Background in IT or Marketing.
Minimum of 2 years of significant experience in data scraping, database management, or B2B data enrichment, ideally in an international environment.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, mass processing, etc.).

Proven mastery of scraping tools (PhantomBuster, InstantDataScraper, WebScraper, etc.) and automation tools (n8n, Make, etc.).

Attention to detail, organizational skills, and strict respect for confidentiality.

Team spirit, proactivity, and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
