Odoo Accounting Consultant
Lead Odoo implementation projects for companies across a wide range of industries, following the Captivea methodology, and turn our clients' needs into software solutions. As the expert on accounting modules and our go-to person for accounting matters, you will also implement other Odoo modules (manufacturing, CRM, HR, etc.).

The profile we are looking for
Technical skills
- At least a three-year degree (Bac +3) in accounting, finance or a related field
- At least 2 years' experience in finance or accounting
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting and regulatory requirements
- Strong interest in technology and IT (essential)
- Experience with Odoo software will be an advantage

- Excellent communication skills, both with clients and within the team
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Day to day
Your missions
Needs analysis & pre-sales
Understand the project scope and analyse clients' needs: conduct requirements workshops and deliver software demonstrations. In pre-sales, work with the sales team to assess prospects' initial needs, propose suitable solutions and deliver functional demonstrations tailored to their business.
Project management
Define and monitor the project roadmap with the client and internal teams; plan, track and adjust each phase according to constraints and priorities; lead progress meetings, report on progress and document decisions and changes.
Odoo implementation
Define and estimate tasks; install and configure modules, particularly accounting modules; customise them using implementation tools (Studio, automated actions, scheduled actions); import data; write specifications and collaborate with developers.
Accounting expertise
Review and assess existing accounting processes and recommend improvements by leveraging Odoo's features. Act as the go-to person for accounting modules and support colleagues' projects on accounting questions from both team members and clients.
Client satisfaction
Ensure client satisfaction at every stage of the project: train and support end users, proactively suggest ways to optimise their processes and ensure the Captivea methodology is followed.

- Junior: €27,000 – €37,000
- Intermediate: €38,000 – €44,000
- Experienced: €45,000 – €55,000
