Toiture Québec is a construction company organized into three divisions: roofing contractor, tinsmith contractor, and general contractor. It works with residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional clients on projects of all sizes.
Based in the Quebec City area, the company also covers the Saguenay region and, more recently, the entire province. It employs more than 200 people and has completed over 12,000 projects.
Its approach is built on assessing needs upfront, being transparent about project constraints, and providing ongoing training for its site crews.
THEIR NEEDS
The client had significant needs across several areas, particularly around bids and job-site management, with the goal of structuring and streamlining its sales process. It wanted to price highly variable roofing work faster, turn accepted bids into scheduled jobs without re-entering data, and track the actual profitability of each project.
