Before the project, Proto Process was already using Odoo but with processes that were not fully streamlined. Captivea France began with a full analysis of the existing Odoo environment, running business discovery workshops by theme and user group to understand Proto Process’s processes in detail. Based on this, they formalized deliverable documents and a clear roadmap, then leveraged Odoo modules such as Supply Chain, PLM, Purchase, Quality, Finance and Documents to automate workflows, centralize documents, simplify product lifecycle and version management, optimize inventory and quality controls, and provide a single, reliable source of truth for operational data.
