The Accounting and Administration Manager plays a key role in the company's financial management, ensuring that accounting and administrative operations are carried out correctly and that financial information is used effectively.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day accounting:
- Import and validation of supplier invoices
- Scheduling of supplier invoice payments
- Bank reconciliation - Weekly accounting:
- Collection of bad debts - Monthly accounting:
- Invoice validation and dispatch
- Expense management
- Invoicing of customer purchase orders
- Internal invoice payment
- Synchronization of bank statements and balances
- Payroll integration
- Synchronization of deferred income, fixed assets and deferred expenses
- Verification of equity balances between groups
- Update of locking date - Annual accounting:
- Closing of accounts - Administrative tasks:
- Handle all administrative tasks: check purchase orders, monitor customer payments, monitor sales rewards, monitor ticketing.
Skills required
- BAC + 3 minimum in Accounting Finance or related field
- At least 3 years' experience in a similar position, with proven experience in preparing and analyzing balance sheets
- Fluency in written and spoken English required for communication with international partners and management of financial documents, intermediate level accepted.
- Advanced IT skills, including mastery of accounting software, Odoo is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English would be an asset
